When we feel stuck or in despair, it is hard to see the positive forces that surround us. In that moment, we need to take a deep breath in and release the fear. Take that moment to remember the blessings in your life. You can start by going outside and feel the sun shine on your skin, feel the warmth penetrate your skin and recognize that you are intact and still whole. Feel grateful for the sun that rises everyday, marking a new day or a new beginning.
Out of all the practices that I have cultivated, finding moments of appreciation throughout my day has had the most impact. You know that feeling that you get when your heart expands with the warmth of love and joy? Well, this is a feeling we can feel if we focus our attention to it.
HOW TO USE IT?
Gratitude is a selfless act. It acts unconditionally and is used without expectation of receiving something back out of it. For example, telling someone that you appreciate them. Or taking the time to say a full “Thank you” instead of “Thanks”.
Gratitude is contagious.
It has a CATHARTIC effect, the process in which an individual releases strong emotions.
Start to cultivate the practice of being grateful for every good thing that happens to. Create more space for the good to come into your life.
This shifts the way we think, and will eventually rewire our brain to LOOK for the positives. How powerful is that? Living each day, with a full heart. Being thankful for your experiences, seeing the beauty in the little things.

I AM GRATEFUL FOR . . . .
By giving thanks for what you have. Notice what or who is VALUABLE in your life. Give thanks to those things. Give thanks to those people.
People who dwell on the negative, will always encounter more of those unpleasant experiences.
Whereas, when you live a life with gratitude, your perspective changes. You will see more beauty in your daily interactions and in your routine.
BE MINDFUL. BE ATTENTIVE. LIST AND GIVE YOUR APPRECIATION. IT WILL ATTRACT MORE LOVE INTO YOUR HEART. GUARANTEED.
