Our Story

1)Some of my favourite things include:I’ve always been someone who enjoys staying active. Whether it’s tennis, swimming, kayaking, yoga, Pilates, or soccer, movement is a big part of my daily life. It keeps me energized and inspires the way I work with clients. Outside of sports, I’m very close to my family, and I also love being in nature, reading about health and wellness, and taking time for simple joys like sharing good food or practicing mindfulness.
2) Why did you become a Massage Therapist? I decided to become a massage therapist after working as a physiotherapist. Through my experience, I realized how impactful hands-on therapy can be, especially when it comes to the muscular system. Massage therapy allows me to connect more directly with clients, relieve tension, and support their rehabilitation in a different way. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people, from athletes to those dealing with chronic pain, and I’ve seen how much massage can accelerate healing while also bringing comfort and relaxation.
3) What can clients look forward to in a session with you?During a session with me, clients can look forward to a personalized approach. I always take the time to listen to their needs and goals, whether that’s recovery, pain relief, stress management, or simply relaxation. My background in physiotherapy complements my massage practice, allowing me to offer treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply restorative. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can let go of stress, feel cared for, and leave with a sense of balance and ease in their body.
