Why did you become a massage therapist?
I started my career in holistic health by teaching group classes as a Yoga and Qigong instructor.
I wanted to understand the body better, so I discovered the power of touch to connect and heal.
This formed me to have a deeper therapeutic impact and more meaningful connections with people.
What are your favourite self-care practices?
Self-massage techniques, like tapping my body, shaking or rebounding, and acupressure points.
Qigong and Yoga practices, including breathwork and meditation. Attending group classes is even better!
Running, swimming, walking – all while being with the trees and in the elements!
What are some of your favourite things?
Music festivals with friends, cooking delicious and nutritious food, sharing in the majesty of Nature with people.
