- What are some of your favourite things? Mediumship, Qigong, great coffee, spending time alone, personal growth, learning something new, healing, laughter, being moved by something or someone, and deep soulful human connection.
- Why did you become a Massage Therapist? Healing others through touch has always been a part of my soul’s blueprint. I started practicing Reiki, “unconsciously”, when I was really young. Last year, without going into too much details, I met a really special woman, who guided me back on my path. And the rest is just history!
- What is your monthly self-care ritual? Crying. Nature walks. And Gua Sha.
